This class focuses on exercises that are used to build Hyrox Performance. 
Modifications are always available!

HYROX is a standardized fitness race combining 8 km of running (split into 1 km laps) with 8 functional workout stations. The competition tests aerobic capacity and muscular endurance, designed for all fitness levels. Stations include sleds, rowing, burpees, farmers carries, lunges, and wall balls, completed in a specific order.
