Participants will begin with a short 15min guided meditation to ground and reset, then ease into intuitive, abstract watercolor painting right from their yoga mat.

No rules, no experience needed - just go with the flow and create. You’ll leave with a small collection of meaningful pieces - some your own creations, and some shared within the group.

All supplies included. Beginner friendly.
